2 – 50 Ryans Road, Greenfields

Thirteen Commercial has bought 2 – 50 Ryans Road, Greenfields to develop a retail/bulky goods centre for the growing Salisbury population.

In early 2023, we applied to the Minister for Planning for permission to proceed with expert investigations and community engagement to rezone the land to enable a retail/bulky goods centre. The Planning Minister approved our application in latter 2023.

Our rezoning proposal is called the Green Fields Centre Code Amendment.

​

The Green Fields Centre Code Amendment proposes to rezone the Ryans Road land for a retail/bulky goods purpose. If the land is to be rezoned, traffic lights on Salisbury Highway near Ryans Road are also proposed.
